Rufus Frederick Sewell (d. 29 Ekim 1967 Twickenham Middlesex İngiltere) İngiliz aktör. 2007 yılında Rock 'N' Roll oyunundaki rolü ile En İyi Erkek Oyuncu dalında Laurence Olivier tiyatro ödülünü almış ve 62. Tony Ödülleri'nde En İyi Erkek Oyuncu dalında ödüle aday gösterilmiştir.
